Hi, I’m Will and I’m tired of having a boss. I’ve spent years working as an employee at a variety of companies and I’m tired of the unnecessarily anxiety-inducing corporate design. I’m ready for a change. I’ve decided to embark on a journey which I’ve dubbed “My Journey to Bosslessness.” On this journey I will leave my days as an employee behind and work towards supporting myself entirely with some sort of entrepreneurial endeavor. I’ll share the processes, reflections, and resources I encounter on my journey in weekly posts. In each, I’ll recap the exploration and actions I completed the week before.
